I haven't received a tracking number — what now?+
Tracking numbers are emailed once your order ships, usually within 1–3 business days of ordering. Check your spam folder, and make sure you're looking at the right inbox. Still nothing after a few days? Reach out and we'll track it down for you.
My tracking number isn't showing any updates.+
Freshly created tracking can take 1–3 days to show its first scan while the carrier picks up the parcel. If it hasn't updated after that window, get in touch and we'll look into it.
How long does shipping take?+
Most U.S. orders arrive within 6–13 days door-to-door: 1–3 days to process plus 5–10 days in transit. Busy periods and holidays can add a little time.
Can I change my shipping address?+
If your order hasn't shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to update it. Once it's on its way, the address is locked in with the carrier.
What's your return / guarantee policy?+
