Refunds

Once your return or claim is approved, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5โ€“10 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days to appear.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, reach out within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll resolve it right away โ€” no need to return the item in most cases.
