How to start a return or refund

Email our support team with your order number and a quick note about what went wrong, and we'll guide you through the next steps. Please don't ship anything back before contacting us.

Refunds

Once your return or claim is approved, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days to appear.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, reach out within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll resolve it right away — no need to return the item in most cases.
